Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
- Relating to Internal Customers: provision of timely and effective support to ensure the satisfaction of internal customers. Understand and anticipate the needs to enhance the quality-of-service delivery. (10%)
- Relating to the Technology: responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of systems/technologies under your management. Keeping up to date with technological advancements and implementing system and process improvements in your area (40%)
- Relating to Process: Adherence to ITIL or relevant IT service management (ITSM) frameworks is expected, along with the responsibility for documenting and refining IT processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. (20%)
- Relating to Validation Requirements : Compile technology related documentation for GxP and critical IT technologies. Participate in system validation and testing processes as required . Approve validation documentation together with relevant ITQ (10%)
- Relating to Project Management: you will manage your own or contribute to larger IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget. Employing best practices in project management (10%)

- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for additional certifications relevant to the role; significant experience in the IT field. or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- 5 years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with at least three years of experience directly managing the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience with ServiceNow architecture, integration capabilities, and best practices for performance optimization and security
- Collaboration with cross functional teams to support and improve IT services
- Project management skills to drive own optimization projects and participate in projects in cooperation with vendors and other team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing and growing organization
- Customer service skills to maintain and operate the ServiceNow platform
- Strong communication
- Strong attention to detail
