GENERAL PURPOSE
The Maintenance Coordinator will support planning and coordination of a robust Maintenance program throughout the FUJIFILM New Castle site, ensuring reliable operation of manufacturing plants, labs, warehouses, and general facilities. Responsibilities include scheduling day-to-day Maintenance tasks, coordinating and managing third-party contractors, issuing work permits, supporting small and mid scale Maintenance projects, maintaining spares inventory, and procurement support. This position will report to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
Incumbent is required to work safely and adhere to the site EHS guidelines while performing tasks and through the management of third-party contractors and work permits.

Job Description

- Utilizing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), schedule day-to-day tasks for the Maintenance team, with consideration to site priorities
- Communicate with third-party contractors to schedule and managing work
- Write work permits for the internal Maintenance team and third-party contractors
- Monitor day-to-day tasks for the Maintenance team and third-party contractors to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient work
- Deputy for Maintenance and Facilities Manager
- Support small and mid scale Maintenance projects
- Maintain spares inventory and an organized spares tracking system
- Procurement support for Maintenance items and spares
- BS in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years experience operating in a maintenance function and demonstrated leadership
- Computer skills to include Word, Excel, CMMS. Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project desired
- Must have working knowledge of OSHA requirements as they pertain to maintenance activities throughout the plant.
- Working knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance operations
- Experience managing external contractors and vendors
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment desired
- Experience managing small scale plant improvement projects
- Organized, strong leadership and self-motivated
- Strong problem solving and mechanical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of people and across functions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
