We are hiring a Web Developer. The Web Developer is responsible for supporting digital marketing and ecommerce goals by building and maintaining content on the FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific website, utilizing the Adobe Commerce backend.

We are hiring a Web Developer. The Web Developer is responsible for supporting digital marketing and ecommerce goals by building and maintaining content on the FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific website, utilizing the Adobe Commerce backend.
Responsibilities
- Create new webpages that adhere to FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific digital brand guidelines, are user-friendly, and optimized for SEO
- Update existing webpages with updated content, as requested
- Resize images as necessary for page content
- Review web analytics to improve user experience of website
- Build landing pages to support digital marketing initiatives
- Size and optimize images for the web when necessary
- Cross-browser / cross-device testing
- Work with outside web agency or ERP integration specialists when necessary to troubleshoot and test issues, as well as support functionality changes
- Understand compliance and regulatory policies and practices, and follow SOPs when documenting web changes and routing controlled web content through the regulatory approval process
- Effectively communicate with people within and outside the organization in regards to web-related tasks that are assigned
- Be highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and have a commitment to quality
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, or related field; but candidates with the right experience or focused qualifications will also be considered
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a web developer
- Experience in website management using content management systems; Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience is a plus, but experience with other CMS would qualify

- Ability to resize images in Photoshop is a plus (not required)
- Proficiency in Javascript is a plus (not required)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce (Magento) is a plus (not required)

- Good oral and written communication skills
- For California, the base salary range for this position is $67,517 - $87,653. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
