WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY
Ensure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation, and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist manager with daily tasks.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Control the inventory.
- Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized.
- Manage tool and supply requisitions.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed.
- Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation.
- Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash.
- Complete warehouse safety audits per Fujitec safety standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in related
- Certifications: Forklift Operation
- Requires a valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Local Travel Expectations: 25-50%

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
- When the employee has cause to visit a work site, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions. The noise in the work environment is often loud.
- Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager.
- Working hours are required to be from 6:00AM to 2:30PM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or pulling.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the industrial facility.
