WAREHOUSE COORDINATGOR
JOB SUMMARY
Ensure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation, and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse. This position exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist manager with daily tasks.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Control the inventory.
- Keep warehouse clean, accessible, and organized.
- Manage tool and supply requisitions.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed.
- Responsible for company delivery and vehicle/forklift operation.
- On occasion, Deliver parts and equipment to job sites, move equipment between job sites, and haul off demolition equipment and trash.
- Perform Inventory charge outs, duties to include researching purchase orders, maintaining packing list and invoice files, coordinating invoice approval and routing to corporate AP department.
- Request Purchase Orders for Modernization and construction departments inventory replenishment.
- Receive and coordinate construction and mod daily trucking requests and assist warehouse manager with material staging and documentation.
- Welcome and direct vendor and suppliers.
- Maintain trucking, rigging, inventory, charge out filing systems to include electronic filing as assigned.
- Coordinate maintenance of warehouse space and warehouse office equipment.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages. Receive incoming packages.
- Prepare and maintain all labels for warehouse storage on rack system and floor
- Receive phone calls/text messages from field foreman for parts coordination

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in related
- Requires a valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Local Travel Expectations: 5%

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
- When the employee has cause to visit a work site, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions. The noise in the work environment is often loud.
- Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the industrial facility.
PAY TRANSPARENCY INFORMATION
The 2025 base pay scale for this position and career level is bolded below:
$22.06 to $26.89 per hour
This base pay range represents the anticipated low and high range of wages for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
In addition to base pay, full-time employees are eligible for insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability) and a 401(k) plan, all subject to the terms and conditions of those plans, which may change from time to time. Employees are also eligible for certain paid-time off benefits pursuant to our policies (which may change from time to time) and applicable laws.
