The SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect and CoE member will lead SAP Solutions to manage and direct strategic initiatives and presales / solutions activities within the S/4HANA Solution. This role will cover a wide variety of activities from pre-sales, business development, solution development/management, Oversight to SME’s during delivery, go-to-market activities, and co-create/mentoring the customer.

Scope of Responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
- Acts as a critical client contact and strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle of a SAP S/4HANA solution implementation
- Collaborate with sales and presales teams to plan account strategies
- Engage with customers in executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions
- Clearly articulate the business value of SAP solutions through thoughtful presentations and demos
- Provide solution oversight and guide a team of SME’s during the delivery phase of SAP implementation / transformation projects
- Engage with existing and new customers to articulate the Fujitsu value proposition and help to close business Solution Development
- Establishes revenue goals and growth projections to achieve stated financial targets for the SAP Practice
- Develop and maintain cost models using a value-based approach for the S/4HANA service offering
- Undertake solution development/management responsibilities as required to help develop, nurture and grow the SAP S/4HANA Solution portfolio
- Leads the development of new Fujitsu offerings and services through leveraging professional community participation
- Keep on top of the latest SAP direction and trends in the market Marketing Support
- Coordinate with Fujitsu Marketing the development of collateral materials for each of the S/4HANA service offerings
- Partners with industry contacts, sales teams, delivery teams, and research groups to develop competitive business strategies for SAP market
- Drives go-to-market strategies and business plans in partnership with sales and delivery leadership
- Drives involvement in industry events, white papers, and user groups to enhance and grow Fujitsu’s brand image within the consulting services market
- Minimum of 20 years of IT Solution development and client-facing experience
- Minimum of 15 years of SAP Solutions / Architect experience
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales support (Pre Sales)
- Previous Business development experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or demonstrated competency
- Excellent presentation and communication skills English
- Experienced in leading a team and client through solution discussions
- Experienced in driving opportunities with sales through to closure including pre-sales, bid support, proposal strategy, development and presentation to end customer
- Demonstrated history of building and managing relationships at executive levels
- Ability to work well under pressure, executes results against strategy, and meets critical deadlines
- Knowledge of multiple estimation techniques and solution methodologies
