An exciting Security Engineer job opportunity has become available at a global IT service provider. As a member of Fujitsu Security Team, you will play a crucial role to implement the security solution for customers to address cyber threats and potential vulnerabilities.
This person will be working closely with the customer and partner on maintaining and supporting the deployment of security solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Able to deploy and maintain cyber security solutions and perform on-site and remote installation and support.
- Perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security solutions.
- Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
- Develop and maintain technical and configuration documentation.
- Perform administration of security solutions and check to ensure the system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
- Contribute to performing security assessments against industry frameworks and recommend improvements.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
- Log incidents (either via phone or email) into the incident management system (ITSM).
- Track and handle all incidents within client's SLA.
- Follow up with customers on pending tickets for closure.
- Provide phone / email and on-site (if required) support, resolving, mitigation, troubleshooting and investigating issues pertaining to deployed cybersecurity solutions.
- Willing to do 24 X 7 standby.
