Requirements
Technical & Business Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Modern AMS Core Characteristics, including proactive & preventative management, DevOps integration, automation & AI, cloud-native solutions, security-embedded strategies, and business outcome-driven approaches
- Extensive experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and IT automation
- Expertise in AMS pricing models, including outcome-based pricing and service cost optimization
- Strong foundation in application performance analytics, security compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and IT governance
- Proven ability to engage executive-level clients, build trust, and present solutions tailored to business needs
- Experience in leading AMS innovation initiatives, developing new services, and promoting AMS transformation and portfolio modernization
- Ability to command cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive strategic initiatives
- Experience leading solution alignment workshops with clients to ensure stakeholder buy-in and clarity.
- Strong problem-solving, risk mitigation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and crafting business cases for IT services
- Ability to balance technology, tooling, pricing, and legal considerations in AMS offerings
- A strong track record in revenue growth, service expansion, and customer satisfaction
- Experience continuously researching and assessing emerging trends, tools, and technologies across ERPs and non-ERP platforms, including AI Ops, RPA, DevOps, Low-Code/No-Code, and monitoring tools
- Proven design of modern strategies, methodologies, and best practices for application support and modernization
- Ability to coordinate and lead across technology groups (Enterprise Apps, ERP/COTS, Cloud, Integration, Infra) to build integrated solution strategies
- Proficient in defining and managing SLAs, SLOs, KPIs, and metrics for application managed services
- Experience designing and developing sales collateral including capability decks, case studies, and proposal content.
- 10 years of experience in IT services with at least 5 years in leadership roles (AMS, technology solution delivery, and/or IT service management)
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale IT engagements and driving revenue growth
- Experience in cloud-native AMS, automation, AI-driven solutions, and DevOps integration
- Strong thought leadership and industry recognition
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
