We are seeking a Solution Architect to support and drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing customer solutions based on our Uvance solutions.

Key Accountabilities

• Provides technical leadership of solution delivery by defining the solution context and developing the solution vision, solution roadmap, and the capabilities required to meet them.
• Ensures that the solution design supports current and future needs by defining the solution’s high-level structure, and ultimately evolves its contents.
• Understands what capabilities suppliers can offer and how they can contribute to the overall solution.
• Aligns with definition used by Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
• Develop assessment tools for key offerings with KFA
• Assessment of issues identified by Strategic Pursuit Lead and Enterprise Architect using customer data to increase resolution of impact and value
• Guide customers to achieve project KPIs through usage consultation
  
  

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in solution architecture ideally in manufacturing and supply chain solutions
• Demonstrated track record of working with senior sales and business leaders on complex solutions sales
• Deep understanding of the application of technology to digital manufacturing, digital supply chain and sustainability
• A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal), and influence cross-functionally
• Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills, and ability to persuade
• Capable of handling complex sales with contract options
• Current industry knowledge and experience selling IT Services & Solutions
• Self-starter with effective cold calling skills; familiarity with sales tools such as Saleforce.com; willing and able to travel
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
