Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook hibachi-style dishes in front of guests, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Engage with guests through entertaining cooking techniques and storytelling during meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area before, during, and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of all dishes.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new hibachi recipes to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
