Summary
As a To-go Specialist at Fujiyama Steakhouse of Japan, you will be integral in providing outstanding customer service to guests ordering takeout. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers enjoy the same high-quality experience from home as they would in our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming to-go orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their orders and inquiries.
- Ensure all to-go orders are prepared and packaged according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle payment transactions using the POS system accurately.
- Assist with phone orders and provide information about menu items and specials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required.
