Project Commissioning
Lead and manage the commissioning process for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans.
Systems Testing and Verification
Conduct thorough testing and verification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to validate their functionality and performance.
Identify and address any discrepancies or issues during the commissioning process.
Documentation
Generate detailed commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, and system manuals.
Maintain accurate records of all commissioning activities and findings.
Coordination and Communication
Liaise with project stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure a smooth and efficient commissioning process.
Communicate effectively with various teams to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
Training and Handover
Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of commissioned systems.
Facilitate a seamless handover of projects from commissioning to operational phases.
Troubleshooting
Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues, collaborating with relevant parties to implement effective solutions.
Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure ongoing system performance.
Quality Assurance
Implement and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the commissioning process.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement of commissioning procedures.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Commissioning Agent or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
