Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, print reading, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations, including milling and turning.
- Read and interpret prints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure precision in fabrication.
- Operate CNC machines, including Haas and Brother controls, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform setup and adjustments on CNC machines to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools and CMM machines to verify conformance to specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes through Lean manufacturing principles.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAM programming software (Fusion360, MasterCAM, or similar) and familiarity with lathe and mill programming is needed.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
