Charleston area CPA firm seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team!
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in fast-paced, professional environment
- Naturally able to juggle many priorities at once and adjust to time sensitive asks
- Extremely detail-oriented, takes pride in being thorough and accurate
- Able to adapt to and thrive in an agile and dynamic work environment
- Seasoned at conducting client and lead intake, and arranging follow up tasks and meetings with the appropriate team member
- Natural relationship-builder with executives, team members and clients
- Effective communicator both written and verbal, can adapt tone and message based on audience type and topic
- Solution-oriented, autonomous and pro-active at investigating and implementing the best resolution
- Uses sound judgment to balance priorities effectively and meet deadlines
- Comfortable escalating issues and operating effectively in times of time-sensitive deadlines, ambiguity or uncertainty
- Able to work in-office 4-5 days per week and be the face for local visitors. Must live in Charleston metro area and be within commutable distance from the office.
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook), and adept at learning new systems like Bill.com, ClickUp and TaxDome.
- Maintains utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience or interest in the financial services and account function is a plus. Previous experience in client facing start up is a plus.
