Fulcrum Technology Solutions is hiring a Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a client in Houston. This is a contract-to-hire role with an expected contract duration of 6 months before conversion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the owner for assigned services in the Business and Technical Service Catalog.
- Manage IAM budget and financial planning.
- Oversee and deliver monthly executive reports to leadership.
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's information security strategic plan.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal information security regulations.
Service Management and Development
- Allocate personnel and resources to support IAM operations.
- Oversee daily activities to ensure security and compliance.
- Manage IAM services throughout their lifecycle.
- Set goals and track progress toward key performance indicators.
- Monitor service performance and recommend improvements.
- Drive process efficiency and service optimization.
- Represent IAM in the Change Control process.
- Maintain accurate service entries in the Service Catalog.
- Coordinate IAM services across different functional areas.
- Foster effective communication with the Integrated Service Desk.
- Provide training to staff on IAM processes and procedures.
- Ensure staff have the necessary skills and expertise.
- Monitor vendor performance and accountability.

Salary : $60 - $70
