Position is Full-Time at 40 hrs a week.
Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Position:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting office staff and performing administrative tasks. Their duties will include adding monthly billing into Quick-books, communicating with clients on the phone, through email or in-person and managing their requests. They are responsible for assisting Account Managers & maintaining business files, sorting mail and a variety of other tasks to keep businesses running efficiently.
Requirements:
2-4 years of college preferred
1-3 years of experience in office administration setting preferred
Working within a warehouse environment is a plus
Responsibilities:
· Build long term relationships with vendors/clients
· Help clients through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings
· Communicate clearly with internal associates and external clients via phone and email
· Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day to day basis
· Responsible for working with the Account Managers to ensure client needs are met
· Maintaining a positive outlook, competitive spirit and always take the initiative
· Knowing and understanding the software system used within our company
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Must be organised
· Keep work area neat and clean
· Data Entry
· Answering phones and emails
· Billing
· Filing
· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Client Care Manager
