As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the best HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present proposals, explain financing options, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• While experience in sales (especially HVAC, home services, or related industry) is preferred, we will consider interviewing quality individuals who are willing to train and work hard.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong customer service mindset.
• Detail oriented.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems (a plus, but training is provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., crawl through tight spaces, and comfort on a ladder is a must.
