Full and Fit Family, LLC, a group private practice in Middletown, Connecticut is looking for psychotherapists to join our group practice as an independent contractor. We are located on Main St. with elevator and wheelchair accessibility. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Connecticut with one year post independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience and registered with CAQH. Compensation is percentage based on income received and paid out monthly. Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Full and Fit Family, LLC provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded group of clinicians. willing to provide telehealth treatment.

Requirements are:

*Current State of Connecticut license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC
*Willing to work 15 hours per week or more
*Minimum one years post independent licensure
*Paneled with Insurance companies aplus
*Prior private practice experience is a plus
