Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our growing team of professional exterior cleaning specialists. This position offers the individual an opportunity to travel to job sites in multiple cities and states and experience many different types of properties & environments. Responsibilities
- Operate power washing and soft washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, buildings, decks, fences, gutters and roofs.
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on power washing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain and upsell services and address concerns.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and inventory of supplies.
- Perform 24-hour snow & ice removal services during winter months.
Requirements
Ability to work at elevated heights. General knowledge of hand and power tools. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in power washing, exterior cleaning, or a related field (preferred but not required). Ability to operate and maintain power washing equipment safely. Strong physical endurance and ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
