Blackjack Dealer

This position's location will be The Sandbox Restaurant and Bar in West Fargo, ND with hours available Thursdays-Saturdays.

Job Overview
As a Blackjack Dealer, you will play a crucial role in providing an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience for our guests. You will be responsible for managing various table games, ensuring fair play, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.

Duties

• Deal cards or manage game equipment for various casino games such as blackjack, paper pull-tabs, and electronic pulltab machines.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Monitor player activity and maintain a fair and secure gaming environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts and chip exchanges.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with players and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage conflicts that may arise during gameplay in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance the gaming experience for patrons.
• Proficient in cash handling to ensure accurate transactions.
• Conflict management abilities to resolve disputes calmly and fairly.
• Basic math skills for quick calculations related to game payouts and bets.
• Previous experience in a casino environment is preferred but not mandatory.
