National Account Manager – International & Independent Channels
The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager- International & Independent Channels to lead sales strategy and growth across international, custom corporate, and independent retail channels. You will own the sales strategy across international distributors, corporate gifting, and independent retailers, while working with the team to develop relationships with buyers and a network of sales reps. You will be responsible for driving revenue, meeting sales targets, and exercising your account plans.
The headquarters is based in NYC, and the role reports to the VP of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international, custom corporate, and independent retail partners, driving revenue and profitability.
- Develop strategies to identify and grow international, custom corporate, and independents opportunities, tailoring solutions to client needs.
- Maintain and grow key accounts by building strong relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations.
- Proactively identify and solicit new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential corporate promotional partners, clients and distributors.
- Oversee international distributors to ensure consistent execution of the Full Circle brand strategy, while managing sales forecasts and performance to align with global market goals.
- Manage relationships with key independent accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities within this strategic channel.
- Evaluate and onboard new brokers, representatives, and distributors to expand market reach and drive growth of the Full Circle brand in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new countries for expansion, securing strong distributor partnerships to successfully enter and grow the Full Circle brand in these international markets.
- Build and monitor trade spend, developing promotional plans with accountability for ROI.
- Conduct competitive analysis of pricing and product activity across key regions.
- Plan and represent the brand at key trade shows and events.
- Work collaboratively with forecasting team on an on-going basis to provide SKU level projections and forecast revisions.
- Work efficiently with internal staff and cross functional departments in support of delivering sales plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of wholesale sales experience, including managing national channels, brokers, distributors, and contracted reps.
- Proven success managing $ 5million in business, including P&L ownership and trade spend accountability.
- Experience developing promotional plans and creating sales opportunities with key partners.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel sales strategies.
- Experience working with specialty, and independents, including portal management.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets and cultures.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a “can-do” attitude.
- Self-starter with the ability to react quickly and positively to change.
- Passion for social and environmental responsibility.
- Ability to be in the NYC office (Herald Square) three times per week and travel 10%-20% of the time.

Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience
