Banner Property Management is looking for a spirited, people-focused Leasing Consultant for our 325-unit community in the western suburbs, The Greenway at Carol Stream Apartments. This is a great opportunity to be the welcoming face of our community while building relationships and driving leasing success.
From giving engaging property tours and responding to inquiries to assisting with lease agreements and resident requests, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the leasing process. You’ll help drive occupancy goals through dynamic sales and marketing efforts while ensuring our community remains a welcoming and inviting place to live.
An effective Leasing Consultant will maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and market trends, follow up with prospects and ensure excellent customer service. In this role, you will assist with marketing efforts, including social media and resident events, and support operational tasks such as rent collection and lease renewals.
We’re looking for someone with at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality. Strong communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to work well with different personalities are a must. Experience with property management software (YARDI is a plus!) and leasing techniques is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Full-Time; Monday-Friday, weekend availability required as needed. Days and hours may vary depending on the needs of the property.
