We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our management team. This role involves managing a high-volume, high-compliance affordable housing property, handling recertifications, and overseeing various affordable housing programs.
The Community Manager plays a crucial role in the success and stability of our organization, overseeing both the administrative and operational aspects of the property. This position is responsible for the financial, physical, and personnel management of the property, and acts as the primary point of contact for residents. As Community Manager, you will drive the day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless, vibrant, and resident-focused community.

Compensation and Benefits : The Company offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 , plus an excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, paid parental leave, accident and critical illness coverage, short- and long-term disability, and more.
