Full Circle Home Care is seeking qualified caregivers in the Laurel (Howard County) area . Must be able to work with mom and baby. Supervise mom when caring for baby. Caregiver must have experience working with Children and Adults.
The dates and times requested are as follows
April 6, Sunday 8 am to Monday April 7, 6.30 am
April 7, Monday 5 pm to Tuesday April 8, 6.30 am
April 8, Tuesday 5 pm to Wednesday April 9, 6.30 am
April 9, Wednesday 5 pm to April 10, Thursday 6.30 am

The openings include positions for day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, part-time opportunities.
Duties but not limited to:
- Serving as a companion & personal care to clients
- Medication reminder
- Preparing meals
- Diaper changing
- Laundry
- Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
- The ability to provide care across a variety of settings, including group homes and day service programs
- Performing light housekeeping duties (e.g., keeping room clean, laundry)
- Providing bathing and dressing assistance
- Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing team
- Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
- Following patient care plan
- Communicating with families, co-workers and supervisors regarding care
- Assisting with transfer and mobility
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Assist with daily activities and tasks as directed by the employee
- Ensure the rights and well-being of the resident are respected and upheld
- Help maintain systems and routines to promote organization and efficiency
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines
- Provide childcare and support in a nurturing and safe environment
- Collaborate with other professionals such as social workers or nurses to ensure comprehensive care
Skills but not limited to:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with the resident and their family
- Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for their needs
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to professional boundaries
