Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 am - 1:00pm
Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Support individuals with dementia care and those with autism
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs, including dementia and autism
- Proficiency in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as necessary
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
