As an Acquisitions Associate with Full Circle Homes, you will play a key role in sourcing, analyzing, acquiring, and selling properties that align with our strategic investment goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Property Sourcing: Identifying potential investment opportunities through various channels, including direct-to-seller lead generation, off-market sources, networking, MLS listings, and more.
- Property Evaluation: Conducting comprehensive property analyses, including market research, comparable studies, and financial assessments to evaluate investment potential.
- Negotiations: Engaging with sellers to negotiate favorable terms and prices while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with the team to develop and implement effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and organizational objectives.
- Collaboration: Sharing insights and best practices with virtual assistants (VAs) to enhance the lead generation and management process.
- Portfolio Growth: Supporting the expansion of our rental portfolio and execution of successful flip projects through strategic initiatives.
- Transaction Support: Participating in property showings, inspections, and due diligence processes as required.
- Sales Management: Managing the sale of company-acquired properties by thoroughly vetting prospective buyers and verifying their qualifications.
- Buyers List Development: Building and maintaining a robust buyers list for future transactions.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year - Commission only after 2 months
