Customer Service (Shipping & Receiving)
Looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused full-time shipping and receiving clerk to work in our Warehouse Division. The individual will possess a strong work ethic, team concept and positive attitude towards customers and team members alike.
The Responsibilities include :
- Scheduling shipments through multiple Internet Portals.
- Data entry.
- Responsible for sending email and receiving phone calls from customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Verifies and confirms customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Organize, file, and retrieve corresponding paperwork in the file area.
- Develops and retains customer confidence and can adhere to confidentiality requirements.
- Contributes to the company and team's success by accomplishing tasks, assignments and duties in a timely fashion.
