POSITION OVERVIEW:
Starting Salary: $47,000, ($48k if verbal & written fluency in English & Spanish) - salary range is $47,000-49,000 ($48k-50k if bilingual)
Position Status: Full-time, 40 hours (35 working hours with paid 1-hour lunch) per week year-round, exempt, eligible for benefits
Reports To: Jennifer Young, Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program and Evaluation Administrative Specialist provides comprehensive support to Full Circle’s team with administrative tasks across operations, communications, program delivery, evaluation, and development. Tasks in this dynamic position will range from working with building maintenance vendors, to assisting programming needs, to data entry and analysis. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, take care of issues independently, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism. The ideal individual will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and have strong administrative and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Operations:
- Manage all aspects of van and building maintenance
- Arrange and handle logistics for Board meetings and other organizational events as assigned
- Address technological/ IT related issues, or coordinate with contractors, as necessary
- Conduct phone calls to vendors (ex: Spectrum internet, Xcel Energy, etc.) as needed
- Facilitate the selection of vendors, and purchase equipment/supplies
- Share quarterly safety talks with all staff
- Manage all aspects of organization’s office services
- Organization - wide meeting: note-taking, scheduling, and invites
- Other duties as assigned
Evaluation:
- Assist with cleaning data in accordance to evaluation plan for all programs
- Support entering data and running reports in Salesforce
- Participate in collection and analysis of qualitative program evaluation data and usable participant-generated sound bites, quotes, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Communications:
- Contribute to the creation of and posting for social media content and other communications, per direction of CSO
- Assist with designing and/or editing reports, publications, etc.
- Execute updates to website content per the direction of CSO
- Lead posting and recruitment for new positions across platforms per direction of Leadership Team
- Participate in collection of media content for virtual and hard-copy publications
- Other duties as assigned
Development:
- Complete data entry for donations in Salesforce
- Support donation tracking & acknowledgement
- Assist with executing the annual giving campaign
- Implement donor stewardship efforts in collaboration with CSO
- Other duties as assigned
Program Support: 15-20 hours per week
- Provide support to program staff during activities, including supervising youth 9-18
- Assist with arranging logistics for activities (food, location, transportation, supervision)
- Provide transportation with a 12 or 15 passenger van
- Conduct calls to participants in the mentor program, according to the communication plan
- Data entry into Salesforce to track mentor program updates and case notes
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs - Experience with building maintenance
- Business experience - Comfortable using computers
- Working knowledge of social media and other communications outlets
- Experience with data and program evaluation (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
Benefits
This position is 35 hours per week (40 hours with hour paid lunch) year-round, exempt, and eligible for benefits.
