Full Circle Property Management is looking for a qualified janitor who has a passion for detail!
Our position in the Redmond, OR area requires a part or full time janitor for the Redmond Air Center. Ideal candidate will be available for Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts based on extra duties, approximately 6-9 hours each day, dependent on the daily schedule. This is a busy complex, so this position requires someone who can work at a fast but thorough pace, as part of a small team and individually. Ability to operate floor machinery, to include floor buffers, carpet extractor machines, etc. is preferred but not mandatory.
All supplies, equipment and uniforms are provided.
The position requires the ability to pass a basic background check, and the applicant must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes.
The applicant must also be able to lift 40 lbs, bend, stretch, scrub, and other related motions comfortably.
As a company, we offer a retirement plan in the form of a simple IRA after 6 months employment, with up to 3% employer match.
