Community Outreach and Marketing Coordinator- CDCA

Full Circle Recovery Services is seeking an Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Community Outreach Coordinator will utilize their public relations skills to promote awareness of CSL, Inc.’s addiction services. Under the supervision of the Outreach Program Manager, they will work to organize events that benefit the organization, as well as build and maintain collaborative relationships with new and repeat clients. They will also educate people and explain the importance of aiding those who have addiction issues, and form relationships with other community businesses, keeping track of numerous projects and following up on unresolved issues. They will also be responsible for other relevant tasks and duties as assigned.

Community Outreach Coordinator duties include the following:

Assist in all areas in the developing relationships with senior executives, medical professionals, and other key decision makers, through presentations, seminars, trade shows, cold calling, and telemarketing that will result in new patient referrals.

Performs follow-ups as directed by management on prospect meetings and assist in the successful negotiation and acquisition of new referral/patient streams from targeted groups or individuals.

Develop and assist in the ongoing timely preparation of an accurate written report that details and monitors individual progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and will also participate in the presentation of reports to internal audiences.

Contribute to the development of and participate in department-wide campaigns, seminars, and all other initiatives as directed by management.

Demonstrate punctuality, organization, and proficiency in all areas of scheduling, filing, meetings, presentation, and customer relations.

Demonstrate high proficiency in all computer-related applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and can learn Photoshop, etc.

Demonstrate initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership of work to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing goals in both written and verbal formats.

Demonstrate the ability to find and manage referrals with successful fulfillment of all marketing objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Must have CDCA- Chemical Dependency Counselor's Assistant Certification

Experience working with the substance abuse population

Carry out detailed written and/or oral instructions, along with the ability to understand human behavior

Must maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with emotionally charged issues and individuals

Effectively present information and respond to questions from a diverse demographic group

Ability to write reports and correspondence

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure

Effective communication

Active listening skills

Develop presentations, handouts, flyers, and marketing materials

Working Conditions:

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Typically M-F 8-5 May be asked to work some evenings and weekends as needed *flex time available for those circumstances
