What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance Technician position at Full Circle Recovery?
Commercial & Residential Maintenance Team Member:
As a stable and growing company, we are looking to take our maintenance team to the next level. We currently have both commercial and residential properties that our maintenance team, with the support of a strong management team, are responsible to fix and maintain to ensure they continue to run smoothly.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be able to verify strong experience and/or qualifications in the repair and maintenance of commercial and/or residential properties and their systems
