Full Circle Water is seeking a metal worker to assist our fabrication department in plasma cutting parts, running parts through a brake press, project management and helping out in our fabrication area.
Full Circle Water is a privately-owned, growing company providing water recycling solutions to industry so that wastewater can be efficiently treated and reused.
What you’ll do:
- Helping our team load and unload a plasma cutter
- Fabrication of metal parts using our new servo driven brake press
- Performs related work such as cutting with a torch or plasma cutter; bending, forming, beveling, and notching of metal.
- Utilizes standard shop hand tools, measuring devices and equipment.
- Utilizes standard shop power and air tools such as grinders, drill press, and porta-press.
- Comply with all safety requirements to maintain safe work area for you and your co-workers.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills. Nesting experience a plus.
- 2 years fabrication experience or a 2-year welding diploma or degree program from a community college or technical program or work experience directly related to welding or steel fabrication preferred.
- Experience with cutting, shaping, and fitting metal components using hand and power tools.
- Skilled in operating welding and fabrication equipment, such as welders, grinders, plasma cutters, press brake and shear.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship to ensure high-quality welds and fabrications.
- Proficient in measuring and layout techniques to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of components.
- Ability to work independently.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
