The individual selected will have the ability to grow and cultivate their own dynamic Sales Team with a strong support system in the Puget Sound region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting and team management for Direct Sales/Outside Sales, management of the current Puget Sound books of business for Events, as well as the implementation of new initiatives for our Residential Canvassing.
Applicants with a proven Direct Sales track record, mastery of recruiting and training best practices and prior canvassing leadership experience will be given first consideration for the position. Experience with both entry-level and experienced representatives is essential, and a passion for sustainable practices is a heavily weighted plus.

Prerequisites:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
· 4 Years prior selling experience
· 2-4 Years of Sales Management Experience
Job Requirements:
· Recruiting/Hiring
· Team Management/Organization – Ability to grow and lead a team of up to 15 Representatives at multiple positions and varying stages of development
· Direct Sales and Marketing Experience, D2D preferred
· Experience in Account Management
· Hand-on experience with CRMs, Excel, Google Docs, Outlook
· Current WA Driver’s License and proof of insurance or liability. Clean DMV Record.
· Team leadership including organization and implementation of structure and motivational techniques
· Ability to lead by example
· Exemplary track record in team building, productivity and exceeding sales expectations

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus a multi-tiered commission structure base on team success, as well as individual performance. Specific details will be disclosed during the interview process.
