We are seeking an Office Administrator to aid our Pacific Northwest teams. This position will be based in Boise, ID. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures accurate data entry and information tracking.
- Provides scheduling support.
- Works collaboratively in a team setting to help achieve sales, recruiting and internal goals.
- Works closely with the Regional Sales, Area Sales, and Recruiting Managers.
- Runs reports as scheduled and distributes them to appropriate team members.
- Creates and updates spreadsheets used to coordinate department activities.
- Provides administrative support to management.
- Builds and maintains user profiles across multiple platforms.
- Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to communicate opportunities for process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with Google Workspace a plus.
- Self-starter: ability to multitask, works well independently, and takes initiative.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.

- 4 years equivalent experience or professional degree

- Working knowledge of our food system, sustainability and environmental impact
- Tech savvy (having your own laptop is a plus but not a requirement)
