Position Summary
The primary focus of this position is to create and maintain product listings within Full Compass' systems and website and to work with vendors and manufacturer representatives to obtain product information (e.g., descriptions, specifications, and accurate categorization) and input appropriate and accurate data into systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Update and maintain all price lists.
- Audit vendor pricing as requested.
- Request vendor price lists.
- Audit price discrepancies, request credit memos as needed from vendor and partner with Supply Chain Buying team process credit memos and price protections purchase orders.
- Accountable to consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Maintain and update all product SKUs as needed.
- Prioritize internal product build requests to maintain defined service levels.
- Add product attributes and supplemental items to new products.
- Add new products to systems.
- Monitor and maintain vendor assets and pricing.
- Respond to internal requests for web updates and amendments in a timely manner.
- Respond to all outside inquiries and opportunities in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain communication with and provide feedback to team members, leads, and supervisors.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive approach and attitude by working effectively and constructively with others.
- Project a professional image that is consistent with the company's goals of fairness and honesty to suppliers.
- Be prepared for and participate in meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
