What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wholesale Account & Logistics Manager position at Full Good Fulfillment & Logistics?
The Wholesale Account & Logistics Manager will grow, manage and support our rapidly growing fast-paced account development. Additional duties and responsibilities commensurate and as assigned by the VP of Operations, Director of Client Services and CEO and FG Fulfillment ownership.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsCollege Degree preferred but not required
Extensive experience within the CPG space
Previous proven work experience within the warehouse and/or fulfillment space preferred
Strong attention to detail and very coachable with good communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
Experienced and Proficient with EDI/SPS, Shopify and more
Basic knowledge of booking LTL and FTL trucks, negotiating rates and management of dock doors
Efficient & quick learner and self starter is a must
Knowledge of USDA Regulatory Standards relative to food product warehousing (FIFO, HACCP, etc)
Ability to follow directions closely and provide every client with the unique Full Good experience
Preferred Skills & General Job Description- Creation and implementation of our newly designed account management program that supports wholesale account growth
- Manage and create efficiencies across our LTL and FTL platforms
- Work closely with internal and external teams to get projects completed
- Support Internal management with various tasks including but not limited to: invoicing, customer service, emailing/phone/zoom communications with clients and more
- Perform weekly and/or monthly internal evaluation reports for clients
- Pack & Fulfill Boxes… YES! Everyone will fulfill boxes, from time to time
