ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Organizational Support
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from High School or equivalent. Prefer demonstrated experience working in the food and beverage industry. Experience working as an administrative assistant is also greatly preferred.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong computer and technology skills with experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Experience with Agilysis (preferred but not required). Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion including frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, crouching, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, and standing or sitting for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties require lifting up to 30 pounds to stack, store, and move kitchen supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve a flexible work week.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Acts as a primary point of contact for distributing important information among the five restaurants, bar department, and F&B leadership regarding scheduling, payroll, accounting, HR, and operations.
- Assists with payroll every other Sunday by addressing inquiries and resolving overlooked items for F&B Managers and Supervisors.
- Manages and maintains F&B department records, files, and documentation.
- Prepares and types internal communications, memos, and reports for the F&B team.
- Answers department phone calls and provides professional communication support.
- Takes and distributes minutes for F&B meetings.
- Tracks and processes employee attendance-related paperwork, including late arrivals, early departures, and call-offs for supervisors and managers.
- Works proactively to fill open shifts across all F&B outlets due to vacations, events, holidays, and last-minute call-offs.
- Schedules interviews for F&B applicants, ensuring HR is informed and prepared for their arrival.
- Maintains and updates the employee-supervisor list for Payroll, HR, Reception, and the F&B office.
- Orders small-wares and submits purchase orders (P.O.s) for all F&B outlets as requested by managers.
- Contacts vendors and service providers to coordinate repairs and request better service.
- Works with the F&B Director on menu creation and distribution for banquet and catering events.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team to support and promote F&B-related promotions and events.
- Notifies staff of upcoming meetings and required training, including but not limited to New Employee Orientation (NEO), TIPS training, and monthly department meetings.
- Assists with F&B reporting as needed.
- Covers administrative tasks, including handling mail, calls, and urgent matters when the F&B Director is absent.
- Performs all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, all internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
