Director of IT

Responsible for providing information systems for daily business operations for all departments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Promote and maintain a positive work environment founded on teamwork, cooperation, and open communication;
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments;
• Assist in solving non-routine software, hardware, and procedures problems;
• Communicate with management, users, staff, and GM to determine requirements for new or modified software & hardware;
• Write recommendations for upper management's review;
• Develop and oversee policies and procedures;
• Plan, implement and oversee MIS budget;
• Coordinate installation of hardware & software;
• Conduct performance appraisals for staff members;
• Oversee MIS quality control;
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School/GED, college preferred
• 3-6 years’ experience in information technology and previous supervisor experience
• Working knowledge of Computer software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and office
• 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include, but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping; must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25lbs

Salary Range:

$123,500 -$204,750
