What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food & Beverage Administrator position at Full House Resorts?
Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, scheduling, coaching and training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor staffing levels for all Food and Beverage outlets and assist in making adjustments according to business needs
- Create and manage team member schedules and PTO
- Manage timesheets and payroll for all food and beverage team members
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and compliance training for all new team members
- Assist with food, beverage and supplies ordering/inventory
- Assist on coaching, discipline and termination
- Supervise on the floor; when needed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local liquor, health and safety regulations
- Other reasonable job duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/ GED preferred.
- 1-2 Years related experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Ability to obtain and or maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
PREFERRED:
Bilingual a plus
