Essential Job Functions:
- Carries out all policy of the F&B department and Company.
- Assists in training of employees.
- Maintains open communication between all personnel working in F&B department.
- In absence of the manager, may act on his/her behalf.
- Assigns stations and job duties.
- Assists in controlling labor and food & beverage cost for department.
- Understands and demonstrates the management’s point of view.
- Knowledge of safety procedures including food handling to insure employee and
customer safety. - Ensures compliance of all applicable liquor laws for department.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture
of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) - Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and
Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to
gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant
to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Experience Required: 2 years responsible experience in a food & beverage environment with one year supervisory experience.
- Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company
and departmental rules and regulations. - Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Must be able to obtain Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 3 and Indiana
Alcohol Beverage permit. - Other Specialized Requirements: Must be able to perform basic computing and
accounting skills.
