What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Specialist position at Full House Resorts?
Essential Job Functions:
• Performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
• Installs new units or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications.
• Utilizes mechanical and electrical skills to set-up testing on HVAC units.
• Performs other areas (carpentry, painting, stocking, and general labor) as assigned.
• Maintains inventory to adequately complete job assignment.
• Ensures work performed is in compliance with all State, Local and Federal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics.
• Adheres and ensures staff and subcontractors adhere to safety standards.
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to
gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
• Experience Required: Two or more years experience in trades with experience in
HVAC.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or related experience.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others; must understand and comply with departmental, company, and government agency regulations. Strong technical skills in the field of electrical electronics and mechanical. Must possess strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Excel.

Commission Occupational License - Level 3. HVAC certification.
