Full House Resorts Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated Server Assistant to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service by following the correct sequence of service at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation during shifts.
- Support fellow servers in providing outstanding service and work together as a team.
- Handle guest receipts accurately and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
- Evaluate situations promptly and report any internal control or state regulation violations to the IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- An Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit is a requirement (19 years plus 1 day minimum).
