What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Attendant (PT) position at Full House Resorts?
Ensures a high level of guest service in the slot department through open communication, making change and processing/paying jackpots.
Essential Job Functions:
• Excellent internal/external guest service skills;
• Accurately pay jackpots;
• Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams, maintain operation of ticket dispensers, and clear other related machine tilts;
• Knowledge of all company facilities and promotions;
• Protect company assets;
• Ensure compliance of all state and federal regulations;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High School/ GED preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience
Preferred:
Bilingual a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Excellent oral communication skills

Some Casino experience; preferably in Slots

Ability to handle high volume stress situations

Organized and detailed-oriented

May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
