What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Lead Floor Supervisor position at Full House Resorts?
Essential Job Functions :
- Supervises Floor Supervisors and Dealers within designated area of pit.
- Issues markers / credit, orders Table Fills and Credits.
- Verifies financial transactions at table, monitors betting and playing action.
- Generates photographs required by Cash Transaction Regulations.
- Notifies Surveillance according to established guidelines.
- Opens and closes all Tables, as necessary.
- Re-assigns all personnel as business needs dictate.
- Rates customer play and arbitrates customer disputes.
- Establishes customer base.
- Must have ability to meet tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Marine and / or Security departments during times of emergency or otherwise, as required of the crew of a Coast Guard certified vessel.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
