What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals who are driven to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Direct Support Specialist, you will support our participants in building life skills, fostering independence, and connecting with the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to participants to enhance daily living skills.
- Assist with personal care, community engagement, and social skill development.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals reach their goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust support strategies for ongoing success.

Competitive Pay:
- $17.50/hour (part-time), $20.00/hour (full-time)
- Training Compensation: $16.00/hour for all training

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (skills assessment available if needed).
- 18 years or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- TB clearance within the past year (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in caregiving, special needs, or CNA/RN preferred but not required- we'll train the right person!
