What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals who are driven to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Direct Support Specialist, you will support our participants in building life skills, fostering independence, and connecting with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to participants to enhance daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care, community engagement, and social skill development.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals reach their goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust support strategies for ongoing success.

Competitive Pay:

• $17.50/hour (part-time), $20.00/hour (full-time)
• Training Compensation: $16.00/hour for all training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (skills assessment available if needed).
• 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• TB clearance within the past year (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in caregiving, special needs, or CNA/RN preferred but not required- we'll train the right person!
