Position : Habilitation Specialist
We're looking for a compassionate Habilitation Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our participants. In this role, you will work one-on-one with an amazing participant, providing daily support to help them achieve personal goals and engage in their community.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Personal assistance support : Helping with daily activities like eating, mobility, personal hygiene, and more
- Community integration : Promoting social opportunities and community involvement
- Building meaningful relationships : Creating strong rapport with the participant and their support circle
- Empowering independence : Encouraging self-determination and fostering growth
