What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at Full Potential Adult Autism Services?
We are seeking an immediate hire for a Direct Support Professional with previous experience in the direct support field. You would be assisting a male client with daily living skills, who lives in the Wind Gap Area, in his home, and out in the community. The schedule is 30 hours a week, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients and families for the best care opportunities
- Document daily and quarterly activities
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with adults with disabilities
- Dependable and structured demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must hold a Spectrum 2.0 certificate (free online training of this courses can be provided by the employer and must be completed before start)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
