Full-time Early Childhood Development Specialist needed at Full Potential in Little Rock. Competitive pay and benefits with 65% of individual health insurance premium paid by the company. The ECDS is responsible for conducting developmental and educational assessments for new and existing patients in a pre-k learning environment that serves children with developmental delays. With input from each child's classroom teachers, the ECDS creates appropriate educational goals for children to strive toward and reach. The ECDS oversees a caseload of assigned children, tracking the created goals and updating them regularly. The ECDS reports to the Director of Education. Applicants must have attention to fine detail, ability to work in fast paced environment, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.To be considered for the position, applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and at least 12 hours of early childhood education credits.
