Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Sales Insurance Agent to join our Pioneer Campaign. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting insurance policies that meet their individual needs, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. This is a fully remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour and a Monday-Friday schedule (**Possibility of Working on Holidays and weekends in the future based on client's needs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell personal lines or property & casualty insurance policies to customers.
- Educate clients on available coverage options and recommend the best solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty License (P&C).
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
