Job Summary: The Contact Center Representative is responsible for taking calls from new patients and answering any questions or concerns they may have. Key responsibilities include interacting with patients to gather required information in preparation for the new patient’s appointment. This position is located within the clinic and will occasionally be patient facing.
Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with patients, families, doctors, and staff
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also working closely with team members
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple computer applications
- Ability to successfully complete all required job-related training
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds
